The Enterprises Department has announced “10-year lease-cum-sale” of Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) land given for industries as part of its investor-friendly initiatives for the New Year.

The State Cabinet has approved a proposal to change the KIADB requirements to allow industrialists to receive clear titles (sale deeds) to allotted property after the allottees successfully complete the project for two years.It was announced by Industruries minister sri Murugesh Nirmani.
